Returns and Exchanges

We will exchange items if they were received damaged or defective in any way. To be considered for an exchange take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip WITHIN 48 HOURS and email them detailing what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed your concerns, we will contact you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and receive a replacement or refund in the form of a store credit only. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns for any reason other than damage or defect. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
